Do you accept credit card/debit/Paypal?

Credit card, debit card, and Paypal are all acceptable.

What kind of delivery methods do you offer?

I offer shipping through Lettermail for everything in the shop. Prints are inside plastic sleeves, and shipped with backing board for stability. I am not 100% environmental in my packaging, but I try, and I’m shifting towards it as much as possible (so if you see some recycled packing material, that would be why!)

Do you have hand-to-hand delivery?

If you live locally in Halifax, and you would like to arrange to pick up your order, there would be no shipping fee. Message me before (or even after) making your order and we can make it happen. In that instance I can also accept cash or etransfer.

How long with my shipment take?

I mail out all packages on weekdays from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Times can vary, but approximately:

  • within Canada about 7 days
  • to the USA up to 10 days
  • international orders up to 2 weeks.

What is your return/refund policy?

I cannot make returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping.  If this happens, please take a photo of the damage and email it to liz@elizabethrangerart.com and I will send a replacement.  If you prefer a refund, send me an email, and you’ll have to mail the item back and pay for the shipping.

Lost packages?

Unfortunately I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve entered the postal system.
